Sea Buckthorn is sometimes known as the holy fruit of the Himalayas as it is rich in various vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and antioxidants.
Due to its antioxidative properties, sea buckthorn helps the body to fight against free radicals and infections. It is also a popular remedy in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM); traditionally used to improve digestion and blood circulation.
