Stinging nettles is widely used as a vegetable, juice, tea, and freeze dried products, predominantly as a blood nourishing tonic and for seasonal rhinitis (sometimes called "hay fever").
It has diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties, thus it helps to support urinary and prostate health, and combat arthritis and rheumatism
