Dandelion
Latin name: Taraxacum officinale
Dandelion is a flower traditionally used as a medicine for liver health and relieving of water retention.
Due to its great antioxidant effects, dandelion protects liver cells from the attack and damage of free radicals. It is also known as a diuretic, which helps one to excrete water through increased urination. In this way, it reduces the tendencies of water retention.
