SERVING: Add one Hydration Electrolyte tablet to 500ml cold water. Max 4 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effect. This product is not suitable for anyone under 16.
